We are looking for a commercial interior supplier to help us fit out and move into our extended offices while retaining the great working environment that has already been created. We will require additional office furniture in keeping with what we already have as well as the construction of additional meeting rooms on one of the floors.

We aim to start works at the end of January 2019 and be completed by mid February 2019.
A decision on supplier will be made on the following factors:
· Approach to the work – 10%
· Ability to meet timescales – 20%
· Ability to provide furniture in keeping with current office furniture – 10%
· Offer design advice on “finishes” – 10%
· Understanding and asking the right questions – 5%
· Comparable “high end” experience and references? – wow factor! – 20%
· Is our brief “core” to your business? – 10%
· Own staff/contractor arrangements – 10%
· Can you satisfy our company vision? – 5%
This opportunity is subject to the approval of funding by the Strategic Business growth Programme which is part funded by the European Regional Development Fund.
